High House Cottage  – sleeps 7 people in 4 bedrooms:  Bedroom 1: kingsize double, Bedroom 2: Twin singles or zipped together to form superking double, Bedroom 3: Twin single beds, Bedroom 4: single bed.  It is situated on the edge of St Bees, 20 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to village pubs.  30 minutes drive to Ennerdale, slightly further to Wastwater, Loweswater and Crummock.

Travel cot/highchair available.

The cottage has fully equipped kitchen with wood burning stove (fuel included), gas cooker with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble drier.

The cottage is heated throughout by gas fired central heating in addition to the wood burner and feature electric heater in the living room.

The dining room has  a large pine table with seating for 8.

The living room has two large sofas and also a tub chair in a cosy reading corner.  Smart TV with DVD player.   

Downstairs also has a small cloakroom toilet and hand basin.

Upstairs in addition to the four bedrooms there is a family bathroom with roll top bath, shower enclosure, basin and toilet.

To the front of the property there is a small patio area with some seating.  Parking is available on the road to the front of the property.

The property has WiFi for guests.  All bedding and towels are provided.

We welcome well behaved dogs to the cottage subject to our dog policy.
